Citi group one of the bigest banks in the world has just put out a report that stays "As part of its writedowns, Citigroup estimated an average residential real estate price reduction for the country and then customized that deflator for the markets in which it has CDO ownership. Overall, Citigroup assumes going forward that prices will fall between 6.5% and 7% in 2008, and another 6.5% to 7% in 2009. " That means that they think that is what is going to happen , if we want to sock and stop this price drop and more than that this recession in sales we need to go faster in our price drops . I think that by listing at 2003-4 prices we will create a interest in the market as well as a return in investing.
